As a site crew member you will work long hours leading up to the festival but they are long hours which lead to a truly great
satisfying result. You will need to be fit and healthy as this is manual work – the work can be hard, but it is rewarding. It takes in many aspects including fencing, staking, general measuring and
the building of the festival site . You will need to be able to work to tight deadlines and work both within a team and individually
The site crew are deemed to be on call for the duration of the festival, and should we have bad weather or something occurs that we need crew for we will ask you to check in with us and be ready for work. You should be available for at least 1 week between
31st May - 11th June. To ensure you secure your place it is preferable for the site crew to be available for the 2 week period.
You will not go without; you get to see a great music festival come together. We also pay you £200 per week for the get in and get out
period, you will get a ticket for the festival and we provide you with a good hot meal for lunch each day. Over the festival period you will also receive per diems or meal vouchers.

To make Sugarhill a success we will be in need of some hard working, enthusiastic and dedicated team members to help build the site prior to the festival and then break the site down after the festival.
