Pete Allison, Event & Management Services headed up a buffet luncheon at Hotel Du Vin in Cheltenham to discuss the
proposed Cheltenham Motorsports Event and thank supporters and sponsors.
Event & Management Services are the official operations company behind the event and make up part of the management team for the company founded by The Cheltenham Rotary Club North.
The event was held to introduce the new sponsors of the event which include Aero Racing, Morgan Motor Company and Rickerbys Solicitors.

Morgan Time Lapse Video
As the event production company for the Morgan Motor
Company's Centenary celebrations, part of our extensive brief was to produce the Gala Dinner
which was held in the Centaur at Cheltenham Racecourse.
The following video is a time lapse of the get in for this event, taken over a 24 hour period. The production included the rigging of extensive lighting and sound, the installation of four hanging Morgans from the roof, multi screen projection, the installation of a dance floor and set up of the room layout.
